Sweet Crumb Bakery opened in 2020 in the Fan District with a focus on doing things the old-fashioned way — real butter, long ferments, and no shortcuts. Our sourdough starter is 4 years old, our croissants take 3 days to make, and our cakes are designed by hand. We believe the best things are worth waiting for.
