Which cryptocurrencies can my customers pay with?+

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), and TRON (TRX). All 8 are available at checkout with dedicated QR codes.

How does the QR code payment work?+

When a customer selects crypto at checkout and picks their coin, a QR code is generated with the correct wallet address and payment amount using the proper URI scheme (BIP-21 for Bitcoin, etc.). They scan it with any crypto wallet app to send the payment.

How do I know when a crypto payment is confirmed?+

The checkout page polls the NOWPayments API every few seconds. Once the blockchain confirms the transaction, the order status updates to paid and the order ticket appears in your dashboard just like any other order.

Where do the crypto funds go?+

Crypto payments are processed through your NOWPayments account. You configure your receiving wallet addresses in your NOWPayments dashboard. Settlement options depend on your NOWPayments plan.

Is there a commission on crypto orders?+

MohnMenu charges 0% commission on crypto payments. The only fees are blockchain network transaction fees and any fees from NOWPayments based on your plan with them.

Can I disable crypto payments?+

Yes. Crypto payments only appear at checkout if your NOWPayments API key is configured. If you haven't set one up, customers will only see card and cash options.
